Dharia Case Studies
Dhari currently lives with his mother and his two sisters. Dhari has run away from home five times and has been kicked out twice. His father has a criminal or delinquent record of violence. Dhari obeys some rules. Dhari is consistently subject to appropriate consequences for bad behavior and consistently receives appropriate rewards for good behavior. His mother sometimes supervises inappropriately. His mother clearly disapproves of his behavior. Dhari's home includes some conflict that is distressing, verbal intimidation, yelling and heated arguments, threats of physical violence, physical violence between parents, physical violence between parents and children and physical violence between siblings. There are both positive and negative elements
