ABSTRACT

This final year project aims to present an application that is able to deal with the comparing and modification of the metadata of the database. The application “Database Differentiator” works on databases i.e. it will compare the metadata of two databases and will generate SQL patch files.

In this application the comparison is done on the metadata i.e. structure of the database and not on the data of the database. Comparison has been provided by, taking database as the input, comparing the
