Dagda The Good
In the myth of Dagda the Good, Dagda had the last laugh on the Formorians because he was able to distract them from the upcoming war with the Tuatha de Danann’s (“Dagda the Good” 379). Dagda represents good leadership because he was able to cause a distraction among the Formorians and let them think that they were getting over on him at the expense of his appetite. Dagda showed leadership skills by appeasing the Formorians with their quest to feed his enormous appetite, but at the same time knowing he was giving his people time to prepare for the battle that was soon to occur.
