I pulled it in the middle of walmart. To this day i get teased for my daddy card. I think of it as a good thing. When i pull the daddy card ninety nine out of one hundred percent of the time it works. When it doesn’t it’s because we don’t have the money for it.
Now i have used the daddy card for a lot things. I am my dad's only child. So i’m kinda spoiled. I was way more spoiled when i was a baby and toddler. Every kid has that one animal or thing that they loved and collected when they were little. Mine happened to be Peter Rabbit and care

In examining the reasons causing the tragedy of the Ung family after the Cambodian Genocide in 1975, one can assume that these reasons include economic breakdown (continuity of the Angkar trading crops for firearms), government collapse (changes in the soldiers’ behavior towards the villagers, continuity of Khmer Rouge killing villagers at Lo Reap), and the lack of social interactions (changes in communication within the village of Lo Reap).…

The theme of relationships is shown greatly in the book Night. One relationship that stands out the most is the relationship between the main character, Eliezer, and his father. Between fighting for their lives, struggling to receive food and water, and trying to maintain their health, their bond for one another grew strongly over the heartbreaking obstacles they encountered. Another father and son relationship throughout the book was between a Polish rabbi named Eliahou and his son who had been separated during the march. Both of these relationships allow the reader to encounter two different situations the fathers and sons went through. One father and son stayed together through all the hardships while the other one did not. If the…

I really don't care if someone has a sugar daddy. Like it's not any of my business, I'm in no poison to tell someone how to live your life? I wouldn't have a sugar daddy nor will I ever think about having one because 1) it's a great sin in my religion, 2) I like knowing I've worked hard for the money I'm getting and that I'm capable looking after myself, and 3) I just wouldn't feel comfortable with. I'm currently living with my parents so I don't have to worry about money since they give me anything I need, which I'm grateful…

I hate my foster mama, and so does many other people. She is way too violent all the time: “She possessed the unique ability to aggravate almost anyone she ever met” (Zusak 35). She has a temper issue. When she cannot control her temper, she usually beats me with a wooden spoon. Also, she swears too much. I have had no idea that… certain words existed until she would not stop using them. Because of her, I can swear fluently in German and English. Some adults might say, “What’s so bad about swearing?” Sure it is okay for adults to swear, but I am ten. Why is it a good idea to let a ten-year-old girl know how to swear fluently in two languages? I hat my foster mama so much. Actual mama, why could you have not kept me? Both of our lives would…

The first person narrative poem ‘Father and child’ by Gwen Harwood, is structured in two sections each with seven stanzas and six lines. It focuses on an individuals revolt against authority and the consequences of such an action, as well as an insinuation of the imminent death of a parent. Harwood uses persuasive and implicit means to “mirror” the loss of innocence and its effect on the sense of appreciation or acceptance of the complexities existing in the wider world. Overall, ‘Father and Child’, demonstrates the individuals pursuit of power over the authoritative figure through defiance in the form of rebellion and destruction of authority. Through this Harwood challenges widely recognised stereotypes of purity and innocence associated with young girls and has also enriched my own perception on the connection between childhood memories and their effect on shaping an individuals identity.…
