Customer expectations /Perception of Salesperson Performance questionnaire

I was positive about the questionnaire I took in the following points:
The introduction was Ok, although it would have been more appealing and shorter especially in the first part introduction
Negative points within the questionnaire
Extremely Long and overly repetitive questions.
The number of responses were odd (5 responds) which included a neutral respond that can lead to ineffective questionnaire
Some questions were vague
The questions were confusing and was supposed to be all addressed to the managers or the decision makers so, some questions started with "you" but some questions were starting with "I"
Some questions were multiple and can endure multiple answers so they should have been broken to 2 or more questions
The whole questionnaire was very boring and took over an hour to complete
Many questions were positively biased, that directs the answers in a specific direction
Some questions were involved in the non-professional/personal relationship between the salesperson and the decision maker
Part two which included questions related to the practical experience, were repeated questions from the first part
The questionnaire composed of 168 questions which is a huge number of questions and it could have been around 30 questions
The general information part should include average number of business-to-business sales have been conducted in the past 2 years

Questionnaire Two: Gasoline Purchasing and Gasoline Prices
I was positive about the questionnaire I took in the following points:
It was convenient in terms of number of questions, time to complete as well as simplicity and clarity of language

There were 235 former student athletes invited, but only 88 returned their invite and attended the game. The former athletes that attended the game and participated in the survey were from all sports at U of L. On the survey there was a section for which sport each athlete played. In attendance there were 22 basketball, 8 hockey, 11 baseball, 28 football, 7 tennis, and 12 soccer players. Out of the 88 student athletes I was only able to use 24 for my sample. 24 out the 88 student athletes had played in the professional league. My 24 qualified participants were both males and females, some were retired, still playing, or let go from the league.…

For positivists, reliability is a big factor in the use of questionnaires. As questionnaires have a set list of questions and a restricted choice of specific answers, it is easily replicated. By asking the same questions, the results obtained will be easy to collect and analyse. Questionnaires are often completed with little or no personal contact between…

In the based that the research question where answer by the survey show that there was a validity and reliability upon it. The challenges to gain the validity through out the entire research were less. The research question has to be reworded to gain the specific answers the research need from the sample. This also did affect that data from which the sample may be miss lead or confuse by the miss wording. The analysis would have be an error without rewording parts of the research question.…
