Dear Sir or Madam:
I have recently ordered a new pair of soccer cleats (item #6542951) from your website on June 21. I received the order on June 26. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the cleats were used. The cleats had dirt all over it and there was a small tear in front of the part where the left toe would go. My order number is AF26168156.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my cleats; I have already went out and bought a new pair of cleats at my local sporting goods store so sending another would result in me having two pairs of the same cleats.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I have been a satisfied customer of your company for many years and this is the first time I have encountered a problem. If you need to contact me, you can reach me at (555) 555-5555.
For no name. yours faithfully,

Complaint for the poor facilities
We wish to express our concern regarding the bathroom facilities in Doe Park on Main Street. Because of the park's convenient location, our neighborhood children spend many hours after school playing on the playground equipment. Although we ask them to come home to use the bathroom, they sometimes use the park bathroom.
Some of us visited the facilities this morning and were horrified to see their condition. Vandals have broken the toilet, leaving a gaping hole over the exposed sewer. The children claim it has been that way for weeks. The graffiti is appalling. Until something is done, the bathroom is definitely off limits for our neighborhood kids.
Please, either close the facility or repair it immediately. It presents a clear danger to the public health, to say nothing of the moral pollution it represents. We the

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission determined the cause of the water burst was that the pipe was over 40 years old and had rotted away. But even though it was over 40 years old it was still relatively young compared to other pipes in the nation some pipes date back to over 100 years. They shouldn't have been able to legally sell the super fund to a school or as private property until it was a known fact that it was safe. I currently work in an office on Market Point drive in Greenville, SC. When I first moved into the office, I ask about the land next door, only to learn that it was a super fund site because of the chemical waste within the ground. I was shocked when I came to work one morning and noticed that they had begun construction of over two hundred apartment buildings right on top of the superfund site. It may be years before the first complaints, and by that time few will remember what the site was before the apartment was constructed. History will always repeat itself if we do not prevent it from doing so. The right to a clean and safe neighborhood is worth fighting…
