Nowadays, education problem is a hot topic that people talk about. People focus on education and they have lots of different ideas. The story " Tiger Moms" written by Annie Murphy Paul and the story" Two Kinds" written by Amy Tan, these two stories both introduce a kind of education style. Amy Chua and Amy's mother both strict but Amy Chua is ruthless, and Amy's mother is kind.
Firstly, Amy Chua and Amy's mother both strict. In the story "Tiger Moms", the writer states,"practice for hours on the end-'night through dinner into the night,' with no breaks for water or even bathroom until at last Lulu learned to play the piece." The quote means Lulu do piano practices every night for hours without drinking and bathroom. It shows that Amy Chua is

    In the story, “The Tiger or the Lady” by Frank Stockton”, a young handsome man, whom the princess was in loved with, was accused of committing the horrible crime of loving the beautiful, barbaric princess. Therefore, he was sent to the King’s Arena, where he shall be put to death. The “semi- barbaric king” (1) found that this joy of human torture was most genial, bringing great pleasure to his hateful heart and empty soul. His loving princess has directed him open the door on the right, but the question is which door is it?
