Compare And Contrast Coming Of Age Films

What makes a “coming of age” film? Comparing two films are easy, no problem at all. But having to find and then discuss the differences is difficult. In both of these films (The Graduate & Dead Poets Society), the camera shots are the same but also different. The actors in these films obviously have their own style when getting across their message when creating these films. The story lines in these films were definitely different to each other. Since both of these are “coming of age films” it’s a little easier to compare/contrast. Between these two films, Dead Poets Society does a better job with conveying its message.
