As we all know there is a serious problem in Jason’s family, as to the reason why he was not available to meet and discuss our project in the past couple of days. I want to propose a policy for communicating with every team member when problems arise. Frist, I propose that we all exchange phone numbers and get a clear understanding of when we are all available to talk, in case of unexpected occurrences. Second, I also want us, to use “GroupMe,” which is a mobile application that allows the user to send a text to everyone in the group by using only one phone number. This will make sure everyone receives the important message effectively and efficiently. Third, I ask to not hold anything behind, and let the group know if something is wrong. Holding anything behind will get the group confused and disorganized, which could lead to bigger problems. These three proposed steps will keep everyone updated when unanticipated complications arise. The last possible solution would be for Henderson to send out a mass email to everyone stating what the job of each member of the team will be. This will help the other members of the team to know the role of each person, so they will know who to go to if there they have a question about a specific topic. Mass emails sometimes cause confusion because there are so many emails coming from different people, but mass emailing helps to keep all members of the group informed the progress of the device while also making them aware of the struggles others are having. The mass email will make it so that no one has to be on a conference call at an odd time in the day, making it easier on some team…
