Mission Statement
The purpose of this document is to clearly and simply state the companies expectations, outline acceptable behavior and present options for asking questions and voicing concerns. We expect concern and respect for others, trustworthiness and honesty, fairness and accountability, the common values of society to be implemented while employed at SKR Oil Company. This code must be applied through all employees and officers of this company which includes outsiders such as suppliers and subcontractors. General Obligations of Employees

Understanding and compliance of the Code
As an employee of SKR Oil Company you have an obligation to read this booklet and understand how our code works and become familiar with what is expected of you. You have the right to ask questions pertaining to this code. All officers of this company are expected to comply with the rules, regulations and laws as well as have all employees in there divisions in compliance and understanding with this code. Any employee shall be equipped with the proper training to carry out our code. Any defiance will be dealt with fairly and swiftly and can result in suspension or termination. Each employee has a responsibility to report any illegal or unethical behavior. We all have to act a certain way in order to keep up with our impeccable reputation we have been working on since the beginning of our company. As an employee of this company you will constantly be making decisions that can affect this company and all the people you work with. How do you know if the decision you have made is right or wrong? On a personal level live by the mom/child rule. Can you tell your mom or child about the choice you have made? On a Business level, you should ask yourself how it would affect this company.
