My Family is an Environmentally Friendly
After how many hours I came out of this provision and ordinance entitled “My Family is an Environmentally Friendly”. We all know that our environment is getting worse day by day, and we are suffering for other peoples and our mistakes. It’s getting harder and harder for our families to stay healthy with all the bad things we are around every day. We are affected by our environment, and more people are getting sicker and sicker. This could affect our families and our future one day. Our environment needs us.
One little change in our environment is enough to determine the course of mankind. The world can only be preserved when we take action to study and save it. Studying the cycles of the world and discerning the cause and effects of our actions will allow us to help keep a healthy environment and let us live an enjoyable life.
We all know some ordinance and provisions concerning about our environment. We saw it everywhere but sometimes we don’t obey it because no one is watching us and no one cares to our environment.
The carbon cycle starts off in many different ways, fossil fuels, respiration, and factory emissions. Then as the cycle continues, carbon that is transmitted into the oxygen will then be taken in by plants and animals as they intake vegetables and other autotrophic organisms. Then as organisms and waste products die, they will start the process of decomposing and begin returning the carbon that they have taken during their lifetime. Without the carbon cycle, many of the worldly systems would stop functioning properly. For example problems like the increase of the greenhouse effect, global warming, ozone depletion, and acid rain would rise dramatically. Greenhouse gases are gases that help the planet trap heat and warmth. Carbon dioxide is one of these gases. Without carbon dioxide the world would become so cold that it would start freezing. Although carbon dioxide is needed for our survival on this world, humans have burned so much fossil fuel and imputed so much more carbon dioxide that it has started being harmful to our world. The heat trapped by the greenhouse gases is slowly but gradually increasing, this is slow increase in the heat is not only affecting the temperature but also causing global warming in various places around the world.
We might not be able to see all of the bad things in our environment, but they are for sure there. “Although certain groups are most vulnerable, toxic substances in the environment affect very person, every day and are the responsibility of all of us.”
So in order to lessen the greenhouse gases we should plant more trees. All of the bad things are preventable if you just take the time to think about it..
And as I watch the movie entitled “The Lorax”. I got an idea, opinion and suggestion to this quote “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.” This quote is very related to what we are experiencing now.
So I come out with this idea that every family should contribute or give ten (10) seedlings of tree every month. And the trees will be collected by our officials and will be planted aside the road or at the vacant places. And when planting the seedlings of the trees collected, we could also help planting it. Because I believe that good habits starts at home. And I think by this we will become or transform to a good steward of the earth and not just that we also having time with our family and that tightens our relationship with our family. There can be a solution to helping our environment. If we reach out to people who don't care about our environment, we could change their point of view of things. We could tell them how bad things are in our world and that could change what their prospective on things. And I hope this will help us and also our environment

There are many problems facing the world today; serious problems that could have grave consequences if not resolved within the next few years. However, there is one looming problem, which if not resolved, could make all other problems obsolete; the way that we take care of the environment, or rather the way we neglect it. The environment is a necessity for everyday life. Without the environment, we would die. How we chose to end global warming is interesting, because much of our daily uses affect the environment.…

Everyone talks about climate change and how the Earth is slowly deteriorating, but no one seems to have specific examples. In Linnea Saukko’s “How to Poison the Earth,” she does use specific examples of what is causing climate change. She uses satire with a hint of sarcasm in her essay. She gives the reader specific examples of how to poison the Earth, but not really wanting to poison the Earth. Gretel Ehrlich writes her essay, “Chronicles of Ice,” a little differently. She uses personal experiences of visiting a glacier and the way that it is falling apart to explain climate change. She uses detailed, sensory description to explain what is happening to the glaciers that are so important to us. However, in Atul Gawande’s essay, “The Cancer Cluster Myth,” he uses a different approach. He uses the physical health of the people in our nation to draw the attention of the reader to the subject, however he does not get very specific with how exactly climate change is affecting us. Saukko’s essay had more of an initial impact when reading it. She did very well at explaining exactly what is causing climate change and how it affects us. On a personal level, Saukko hit the deepest. She made me realize what our Earth is actually going through and how not only as individuals, but as the world as a whole, we are slowly killing our earth.…

The earth's climate is dynamic and always changing through a natural cycle. What the world is more worried about is that the changes that are occurring today have been speeded up because of man's activities. These changes are being studied by scientists all over the world who are finding evidence from tree rings, pollen samples, ice cores, and sea sediments. The causes of climate change can be divided into two categories - those that are due to natural causes and those that are created by man.…

To put it in its simplest terms, climate change refers to the long term change in the earth’s temperature, particularly an increase in the average atmospheric temperature (Dictionary.com). Although there are some natural causes for climate change, most scientists are in agreement that humans are at least in part responsible for some of the effects we have already seen and must therefore take corrective action immediately to slow the process before it is too late and irreversible catastrophic damage has been done.…

Climate change is a long-term alteration in the statistical distribution of weather pattern over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. The world is currently experiencing drastic change in temperature. This change can be felt in the tropical climate areas where the weather is getting hotter and hotter every day. The change in global temperatures and precipitation over time is due to natural variability or to human activity. It is also caused by accumulation of greenhouse effects (Arrhenius, 1896). Should we as humans let this problem worsen? Climate change will affect everything including humans, flora and fauna, and the environment.…

Myrtle Beach is a beautiful place to live. The beach is the perfect place to visit during the hot summer days, aside from dealing with a lot of tourists that is. Never the less, Myrtle Beach is a place that many call home and many more will call home in the future. However, it has become apparent to most that the climate has been changing over the last few years, and even longer still. The summer seems to be hotter, rain seems to have increased, winters seem to be colder, etc. Sea levels are also rising from climate change. Climate change can be come from many things: changes in ocean circulation, volcanic eruptions, tectonics, and astronomical cycles. However, did you know that greenhouse gases also effect climate change? The increases to greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, methane, water vapor, etc, increase the overall global temperature. The rises in greenhouse gases can be partly blamed on industrialization, pollution, and deforestation. The picture below shows the changes in the Earth's atmosphere from 1985 to 2005. Since the atmosphere is thinning, the Earth is not as protected from the Sun's rays as it once used to be, thus increasing the overall temperature of the Earth.…
