This report has been a productive chance for us to explore how exactly Strategic Management is incorporated in the corporate framework of Clariant Pakistan Limited. Without the knowledge given by our instructor Mr. Abdul Qadir Molvi, we would not have been able to complete this project.
We are also thankful to Mr. Noman Patel () for his help and valuable insights into Strategic Management at Clariant Pakistan Limited. Mr. Patel, a very dedicated individual, is a competent and proactive professional at analyzing the implications of Clariant’s competitive strategic framework on each of the business’ operations.
