CJ Garrett is a real estate agent, developer, and general contractor. On the real estate side, he represents residential buyers or sellers for homes, and on the development side, he represents land, and he gets to pick the real estate on land acquisition for developments. If possible, I suggest doing the interview face to face, which eliminates the technology and time difference problem I had. It is also more professional to do it face to face in my opinion.
