Ms. Marsha Geddings contacted the Client Assistance Program pertaining to her meeting with her new counselor on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. I reviewed Ms. Geddings’ case and I would like to obtain some additional information from the Lexington Area Office. The Client stated she has some anxiety about her meeting to develop her IPE. I am getting the impression from the case notes that the Area Office Supervisor has and is continuing to address the Client’s concern by reassigning the case to a different counselor. Coronary artery disease is one of the most prominent forms of heart disease. It occurs when the coronary arteries that supply the heart blood become narrowed, and eventually occluded. This narrowing typically takes place because of plaque build up due to cholesterol and other fatty substances being ingested, also called atherosclerosis. This thickening of the artery wall can take many years, eventually completely inhibiting blood flow.
