Quantitative information is based on facts and statistics and provides key information that can be used.
For example: Sales figures, control measurements, and test data for an experiment.
• Primary
Information collected from interviewing a customer can be from a primary source.

For example: The wonder land resort needs to keep record of accurate and valid information for example the accurate time that an employee enters the workplace and the time that the employee leaves the workplace in order to calculate hours and arrange payments of staff wages.
Reliable Good information must be obtained from a reliable source to ensure that it is correct. Needs to be reliable to users who need to view process or use it in some way.
Timely Ensuring that information is captured processed and delivered at the appropriate time can be critical to an organisation. The information about the customers booking need to be timely so that the Wonder Land Resort workers have enough time to prepare the right room before the customer arrival.
