Case Study Of Paul Walker's Stolen Car
Finally, Paul Walker’s Family Will Get Some of His Stolen Cars Back
The good news is that some of Paul Walker’s stolen cars will be recovered. However, a few of his cars will still remain missing.
A few hours after Paul Walker’s tragic death, more than 30 of his cars suddenly went missing from a warehouse he had stored them in. Details about the cars’ disappearance are still not clear, but it is well known that the heist was masterminded by one Richard Taylor who worked at the warehouse and occasionally helped Walker keep the cars in good shape.
The Walker family later on filed a suit against Taylor. Their anger was understandably justified. According to The Drive, the suit was recently settled, and it appears Walker’s family will recover

In this case well no he didn’t do. 2) Next is concealment, this one he did do by compiling mass amounts of paperwork, and case files from not only the U.S. government, but other companies and governments as well. 3) The third is violation of trust, or abuse of power, and trust. This one is a little tricky because of the law that states on the theft, compiling and use of government documents. He had the power to view these documents and the trust from the government to see such thing so when he went out on a limb and published those in a webpage format then he violated this rule, or element. The other thing is that he is NOT a citizen of the U.S. therefore the first amendment right would not apply to him. Because of this; it is an American document, and doctrine. So implies the Espionage act which he falls under and has violated. So the final question in this topic is he a criminal, well yes he is because of the amount of data, and the amount of sensitive information that he and his team has exposed. White collar crime yes because he leaked in cyber form information that could cause harm, and damages to a nation, person, or group. The tricky part is the prosecution of this case because of the international retaliation act, and the whistleblowers law at here in the U.S. both of these can be seen as a a way to allow him to continue processing…

Another example of how effective ending each episode with an overall message is, in the last scene in the episode, The Bicycle Thief. The episode begins with a question for all the fathers of the show: What is the key to being a great dad? Most of them gave simple answers such as: be your kid’s buddy or give them the freedom to be whatever they want to be, all except Jay. Jay could not think of an answer to say and even after a few seconds to think about it he still could not come up with anything. Later in the episode, Gloria asked Jay to help Manny fix the fan in his room, so they can get some bonding time. As they worked, Manny talked about how excited he was for his weekend with his father at Disney World and how great his father was, much…

This story is quite diverse in relation to the other sources. Most of his crimes were not convicted, as he was able to cover up as an “innocent boy”. The theme of deception occurs; this is usually what a criminal has. They can lie, twist words and deceive into people’s thoughts of them. This source reveals that not all crimes go convicted; some are unheard of and leaves the criminal free. This can happen when there is little evidence, law is on the side of the criminal and even age can be a factor. Animal abuse, intentional harm and the reversed twist of the mother harming the child is the diversity of this source which is off path to the usual and generalised crimes occurring throughout crime fiction such as murder, rape, theft etc. Although this is a different aspect, it is still a unique understanding of the different types of crime related to the core…

On September 29, a “gang” of New York City bikers was having their annual pack ride known as the Hollywood Block Party on Manhattan’s West Side Highway. It all arose with a ‘hot-headed’ biker who thought he could be a tough guy, given he was with 30 other bikers, who then slowed down and made contact with Alexander Lien’s (the man inside of the Range Rover) SUV. After the preliminary happenstance, the bikers encircled the black Range Rover but instead of dwelling over what may happen, Lien assertively fled the site, rationally thinking about what was best for his wife and two-year-old child who were passengers in the car. As Lien fled the scene, he ran over biker Edwin “Jay” Mieses Jr. who is hospitalized with spinal and leg injuries. The biker’s, according to the video, caught up with Lien and his family until coming to a red light in which the Family had no choice but to stop. At this time, the bikers got off of their bikes and started dismantling the SUV with their helmets and what looked to be a weapon of some sort. Lien was taken out of the car and brutally beaten by about eight different bikers. Injuries include two black eyes, multiple cuts to his face (stiches necessary), and injuries to his hands, back, and right shoulder.…

Tom had been on the go since six o'clock that morning, had confirmed that the brutal rape and murder of a woman was the work of a serial-killer, interviewed her friends and acquaintances, and spent hours perusing telephone phone and computer records, without coming up with one iota of substantive evidence, or feeling as if he'd located a direction in which to turn. The only break, and sustenance, he'd had all day was the quick lunch with Lila, and the Detective was mentally and physically exhausted, frustrated, and impatient. Not a great combination.…
