Introduction
The genesis of NAB company can be attributed to the need for a refreshing beverage to the market. After the previous research and establishment of a possible performance in the market, it is important to determine the next steps in the implementation process. These include the processes involved in the production operations, the involved technologies and the management plan. The three factors are necessary for the establishment of a long-lasting operation. In this evaluation, the three things will form the best part of the plan. Expertise in these areas is required for a better experience in the market regardless of the possible challenges.

The technical team will be involved with the computerized operations as well as other forms of technology in the company. There will be installed various categories of the new technology which will be concerned with issues such as monitoring the production process, storing the production data, and recording the employee distribution and functions. The use of modern machinery will replace most of the manual operations handled by various categories of labor. On the top position is the chief executive officer who is in charge of all the functions of the company. Every person working in this firm is answerable to him under various circumstances. Under him are the departmental chiefs. These are selected to head various departments in the company with the specification of their performance. Each of the departmental heads will perform in collaboration with the others since the company is one. The functions of each section will be joined to those of the immediate sector in the production process.
The importance of this form of organization in management is to ensure that there is order in the process of operation. The firm will be working with a target since we have a mission and a vision to achieve. In this regard, the company will have specialized workers placed in every section depending on the type of work to be done. These efforts will ensure that there is sufficient labor and that no process is delayed. It will also make it possible for the production process to be done with a time limit and a target.
