Case Study Of Lenovo
First and foremost, I am really appreciated and I would like to say thanks to those friends who have helped me out during this assignment. Without them, I assure that I could have not finish my assignment on time in the right way. I also want to mention my Course Instructor of Managing Business, Ms. Rohani Binti Mohamad Husain, who has teach the course detaily with good explanation and funny jokes. By doing this assignment, I have learn to know how a company operates, who is incharge of each department and how the functions of management work in a company. I am glad to know more about my computer brand, also my favourite brand Lenovo.

Lenovo (Lenovo Group Ltd.), it was called as Legend in 1984, but in 2004 it changed their name to Lenovo.

Lenovo has achieved this goal and got the 1st place in the best laptop brands in 2017. Lenovo has actually overtakes Apple in PC sales in US personal computer market in May 2014. Lenovo's revenue and net profits saw significant increase in 2013 and hit a record high, according to the reports announced on Wednesday. It also said 2013 is the most successfully year for the company. Over the 2013-2014 fiscal year, Lenovo's revenue amounted to 38.7 billion U.S. dollars, 14.3% year-on-year increase; and net profits reached 817 million U.S. dollars, 28.7% growth. Among this, sales of PC exceeded 55 million units, with market share reaching 17.7%, ranking first worldwide. Not only Apple, Lenovo has also overtakes other PC company such as Asus and Dell; (Liang Jun, 2014) even Samsung and become the No.1 Smartphone in China in 2014. (Robbins, 2014)

As now Lenovo has overtake the Apple and Samsung in the Laptop Brands, the company’s new goal is to reach the sales target. Yang Yuan Qing, CEO of the Lenovo Group has announced to quit the company if the company doesn’t hit $12 billion annual online PC revenue goal within three years. (Boundless, 2017) Stakeholders can be devided into two types, Internal Stakeholders and External Stakeholders. Both of these stakeholders are interest in how the business operates, but Internal stakeholders are more close to the company compare to the external stakeholders.

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER
Internal stakeholders are the people who are directly included to the business or the company, who are already directly working to serve the company (stakeholdermap.com, 2016). For Lenovo, there are two internal stakeholders, which are employees and shareholders.

CUSTOMER
One of the main external stakeholder in every company is customers, as they are the one who are most interested in the company products, and they are also the one who buy and use the
