Case Study: Genesis Tub By Lisa Simpson
Envision about creating a civilization. Lisa Simpson created a civilization in her science project in the Simpson’s episode “Genesis Tub”. The characteristics of making a civilization that Lisa made is surplus of food, a type of government, and division of labor. The science project that Lisa created is successful because it had many aspects of a good civilization. The first characterisic is a surplus of food. The first requirement to a civilization is a surplus of food. Lisa’s people are a civilization because Lisa added cola to a tooth she had in a tub and grew mold. Lisa’s little people demonstrate a surplus of food through cooking at a campfire in the beginning of their civilization. Also a “fat guy” questioning Lisa about why he is fat.
