Additional information is required pertaining to where the reported incident occurred. IRTC reviewed prior cases in Connections and there is no indication that the depicted concerns was reported to NYCACS or NYPD. IRTC spoke with Child Protective Manager, Patrice Cox, who reported that this case is assigned to Chantel Plummer and the subject child is present in school based on the ATS database. CPM Cox expressed that contact will be made with CPS to make a school visit to interview the subject child to verify the narrative and to obtain information as to where the alleged incident occurred.
