Carmela Buchbut Case Summary

I am writing this letter in order to show my support on your decision not to accept the appeal of Carmela Buchbut in 1994.
Even though the Carmela buchbut case is very complex and sensitive, I believe that there is no place in court to reduce her sentence. I know that every single case of manslaughter is different and due to that should be dealt with additional examination of the circumstances. However, I believe that taking in consideration the circumst¬¬ances in Buhbut’s case and eventually reducing her sentence could have been a dangerous decision. Your dissentiences to Buhbut’s appeal shows to the rest of the citizens that it is wrong to kill, that there is a law and rules we all need to keep in order to have a safe life. The world would
