Cannabis: The Legalization Of Marijuana
I have particular interest in the topic of the legalization of cannabis. Recently, this issue has been very popular in the media. Many people are talking about the potential health benefits of marijuana, but people are also discussing the advantages this plant could bring to the economy. The production and consumption of cannabis is a billionaire industry that should be taxed and regulated to stimulate economic growth and development. Some states, like Washington and Colorado, have already taken advantage of this industry. However, the production and consumption of the plant is still prohibited by Federal Law. The Federal Government still considers marijuana as dangerous as ecstasy or heroin.
