Buford's Widgets Case Study
Buford’s Widgets will grant an employee the right to a temporary leave of absence in the event of a family or personnel emergency. Employees will not be terminated or otherwise disciplined for taken an unexpected leave of absence, so long as the employee provide any documentation regarding the circumstances surrounding the absence that is requested by the company.
