Assessment Project Analysis
Dealing with drugs and alcohol on a daily basis has to be a struggle for people who do them. People often do drugs and drink alcohol in order to get over their situations, peer pressure, or it is inherited from family members and just simply because they want to do it. No one is perfect and you can get help whenever you feel that you need it but just don’t wait too late. Often people have families that are depending on them to stop what they are doing and know that they need them in their lives whether they know it or not.
The assessment that I used is AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test). I found this assessment useful because it has shown me where the person I interviewed stands as I asked them questions. I find that even though I have asked the questions you can find out a lot about a person and how they feel about what they are doing. After this person has gotten done with this questionnaire they thought a lot about what they had said and done and they believe that they need help because they feel as if they are an alcoholic. Here is the questionnaire:

Live your life the way it should be lived instead of dying from something when you could live to see 100. If you need help go and get it because it is never too late and you shouldn’t be embarrassed at the fact that you have a problem. Everyone has their flaws and all so therefore no one is perfect and no one will ever be. Go get help if you need it because your loved ones need you and you need you. Be a hero to someone one day by letting them know that if you did everything that you could to stop drinking and accomplished it then they can do it
