Blog 6: http://www.worldstarhiphop.com This blog 1 issues reviews and guides on video games, technology policy and computer hardware and software science. It has contains a lot of useful information and educational information. The David Suzuki blog, blog 2 is about nature and environment and from reading the blog I gained some knowledge about nature and my surroundings. It is also a very inspirational blog. The blog 3 is literally a gossip blog about celebrity’s and their activities. It contains entertainment news. It is a very well-known blog especially to youths. The blog 4 is an African music entertainment blog. It contains a lot of African music songs and videos. A lot of Nigerian artiste release their song on there so music is continually posted up on there almost on a daily basis. I know this because I consistently visit this blog. The blog 5 is very similar to the immediate above blog and because of this they are in strong competition, but from my observance this blog updates earlier than the blog 4. The blog 6 is a very world-wide know blog. It contains variety of videos like music videos, comedy videos (parody), inspirational videos and lots more. It is a very interesting blog and I visit it frequently. It kills boredom. In general all these blogs above are very interesting blogs and you learn one or two things by visiting them. For example when I visited the blog 2 I got some tips about how I could make my life easier on the environment through something called queen of green. These blogs also update you on the latest news especially the entertainment news which most people

    In this literacy narrative, Blogs Are Not Pseudo-Diaries by Stacy Yi, Stacy talks about her experiences writing about her time spent in the Dominican Republic the summer after she graduated high school. The thesis statement of this narrative is “Far more interesting, though, was my hands-on education in the possibilities of travel journalism, and the freedom that comes with disregarding expectations.” Stacy talks about how there were lots of people who wanted to be kept up to date with her experiences while she was in the Dominican so she set up a blog where she could easily do so. At first she wrote mainly about how she was enjoying her time, posted some pictures, and wrote about missing home, the things she thought she should be writing about. Things she thought people wanted to read about. Stacy began to grow bored with what she was writing and the views on her posts were dwindling, she could tell her readers were becoming bored as well. Soon she stopped posting all together, she thought it was pointless. One day, she had a conversation with the oldest daughter of her host family and she knew she wanted to write about her and Stacy decided to post it. She started posting about local soccer games, restaurant reviews, disagreements she had with members of the family, things she really liked to write about. She felt better about the things she was writing, she felt satisfied. Stacy felt that writing day to day posts would provide a lot of information but not capture the feel of her trip to the Dominican. She felt that to make a good record of her trip she needed to write about things were relevant to her trip and in ways that fir the experiences she had.…

Target audience for Hello Fashion are women who are looking for tips on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home decor and motherhood, however; Christine takes the time to engage with her audience because from time to time she answers questions that her audience frequently ask her and uploads the video on her site. Christine also tends to post content on her site frequently not as much as Tanesha, but at least once a week. Though Christine only post about once a week she does it on topics that are fit for the time of her post for example, in the beginning of March she posted about her Spring Break Favorites. The layout of Hello fashion is more images rather than text like the other blogging sites, unlike Girl with Curves, the audience doesn’t have to click each image to find out what the blog post is about because Christine includes the title. However, when clicking on a certain blog post at the end of that post another one pops up which ultimately could result in confusing the audience.
