Birth Of Twins: Personal Narrative Analysis
I as a parent would prepare for the birth of twins with the following strategies. First of all, the parents need to decide if the birth would take place in a hospital or in your own house. Also, who would assist the mother in the birth if is going to be a physician, a nurse or a midwife? The father can be in the moment of birth or not. Other family members can be in the birth; all of those things are strategies for the birth of the twins.
Some prenatal care options are that I would take my vitamins daily and attend to my regular check-ups and I would have a healthy diet. There are alternative options for delivery like: The Lamaze Birthing Techniques that uses breathing techniques and relaxation training. Women learn how to deal positively

I found out I was pregnant on a cold, snowy day. As scared as I had been, I knew that it was time to be responsible and make the best of my upcoming situation. Fifteen weeks had passed and, finally, I found out that my bundle of joy is, in fact, a girl! About five weeks later, I decided to go shopping for baby girl clothes, a crib, and a car seat. By that time, I had been twenty-five weeks along in my pregnancy, and I was ever so anxious to meet my daughter. Luckily, I had school and babysitting to distract me and help pass the time. Next thing that I knew, It was time for…

Exercise regularly, preferably in the morning. An exercise program during this time should focus on things like posture, abdominal strength, support of the pelvic organs, energy and endurance. Walk at least a mile a day. Focused breathing drills, core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises, and cardio/endurance and flexibility training are all integral components, and will help you not only through delivery, but also to be better conditioned for taking care of your baby after it is born. Better still, you will be in much better shape for returning to your pre-pregnancy fitness level. It is important to stay active even until before you do into labor.…

For our birth process interview, I was able to get a hold of Lala Aguan who I will refer as mother 1 and Genevie Martinez who I will refer as mother 2. Mother 1 will be the mother who gave birth forty or more years ago and mother 2 will be the one who gave birth within five years or less. Mother 1 gave birth to a healthy son on September 22, 1961 inside their house on the mountains of Ucab. Mother 2 gave birth to a healthy son on November 24, 2010 at Paradise Valley Hospital. Twins and triplets have minor discrimination while individuals with more physical…
