Bernie Sanders: The Qualities Of A Hero
A hero can be anywhere. A hero doesn’t always have to be born with superpowers or have a cape attached to them. Some of the qualities that heroes share is making others happy. They don’t think about themselves but others. A hero is made of courage, hope, and teaches a valuable lesson to others. A hero inspires others to be great, and a hero can say something positive and it lives on. A hero is someone who steps up when everyone else backs down. To be considered a hero, they could affect someone who is having a bad day, who believes their not worth it, and those who are in trouble. They can do something like tell them a nice compliment, help them find the right solution, or even make them smile. People were considered heroes in the past, and …show more content…
In 2006 he ran for the senate against republican businessman Richard Tarrant, and he won the election and made it to the office. As a senator, Bernie Sanders was very organized, and he received so much attention for his speech against tax relief, unemployment insurance reauthorization, and job creation act of 2010. People encouraged him to run for the 2012 presidential election, and they even signed petitions in order for him to run. In the year of 2016 Bernie Sanders is now running for president and seeks for justice for all kinds of people of different races. Bernie Sanders is considered a hero to immigrants, African Americans, Women, and to the people of Vermont. Because what Bernie is trying to do is making America better. He wants Immigrants rights, he said “ I want you on the other side of this border ” to the deported Mexicans on May 23rd when he went to visit the Mexican border wall. He wants women rights, black rights, meaning everyone’s rights.
