Beowulf: A Tragic Hero

The movie Beowulf is a good story of a man who is very strong and brave. A man who killed the undefeated monster namely Grendel, a very strong monster, that killed hundreds of people. This movie really shows the heroic act of Beowulf. His fighting is really great and convinced me a lot to admire and idolize him. Even his fellowmen considered him as a hero but he is not boastful or deceitful of being a strong man. He considers himself as a man who is willing to do everything to protect his people over the giant monster and to avoid killings. He is still a virtuous man. And even Unferth said to all that he losses when they had a swimming race, he does not act ashamed, instead he became proud of it. Because for him it is good to lose when
