Benjamin Franklin's Leadership
The aspect of temperance and humility is another perspective shared by Benjamin Franklin in his leadership experiences where he asserted the need for being a simple individual. In addition, he believed that leaders with no humility were at risk of adopting an egoistic attitude that leads to problems in the future. According to Benjamin Franklin, the problem with leaders is their lack of understanding the value of humility and how this plays a role in shaping their experiences. During his leadership tenure as the President of the United States, Benjamin Franklin was regarded as a humble man whose actions send a positive message to Americans and the world.
