Conclusion:

I. The Air Asia Airlines has improved a lot in the way of their services, facilities toward their customers. According to customers review that have flown Air Asia, the service was friendly and efficient, right people with right attitude and training. The female attendants looked stunning in tight fitting red uniforms. The customers were pleasantly surprised when they know that the on-board menu had a good variety of meals for only RM15 and have plenty of drinks and snacks too. In my opinion, the excellent condition of the services where the seats were leather and comfy may resulted the total number of passengers from lower to higher percentage and also will rated as “The Best Airlines”. Most of the people tend to choose Air Asia Airlines and for those that have flown with Air Asia are about to take flight with Air Asia again for their journey than other Airlines such as MAS Airline, Firefly and many more.
