Bed Fills Incident Report
There was an incident that occurred yesterday which concerned me. I happen to overhear a staff member gathering information of a private patient (room number/ extension). When I approached the individual, they informed me that Bed Fills was providing this information so they can deliver it to the caller. Apparently unbeknown to me there has been an exchange of confidential information between Bed Fills and Communications regarding private patience.
