Assignment To Quit Addiction
In my health class I was giving the assignment to quit an addiction. The addiction that I chose to quit is to stop biting my nails. I chose to quit this addiction because I have been doing this for almost my entire life. I’ve never liked biting my nails but I’ve done it for so long that I don’t even know I am doing it till after. That is why I chose this addiction. In all honesty this addiction was tough. I’ll share some of my experiences. The first day in my journal I wrote that I had to relapse five times. That day I let it slide because it was the first day and I knew I was going to mess up. The second day I was determined to try harder. I had to relapse twice. A way that I was going to try and quit is to paint my nails. I noticed that
