Michelle Kehoe lived in the town of Coralville, Iowa with her husband and two sons. Kehoe and her family first made headlines in 2007 when she lost control of her vehicle and drove off a bridge with her two sons in the back seat. It was during the month of December that Kehoe was driving her boys to the library when the car hit a curb, began to skid on a patch of ice and fell into the river. A few passersby on scene including a man named Cory Rath were fortunately able to help the mom and her two boys escape the car which was rapidly filling with icy water.
