Human growth and development is a study of human development within the lifespan with urgency on theoretical perspectives, research, and common cognitive, physical, social and emotional development stages (Santrock, J. (2012). Life-Span Development 14th Edition p. 7).
Major Development Theories across the Lifespan

The trio point out the need for the most effective treatment for this disorder better known as anxiety disorder. Cognitive behavior therapy, which is commonly known as CBT is one of the most favored actions for adolescents who are dealing with anxiety, and there are evidence-based support for its claim. Although there are a remarkable size of adolescent patients that continue to reveal anxiety signs before treatment, this journal rules the urge to go to the distinctive unique features of the adolescent stage when calculating and convey treatment, in an attempt to intensify the effectiveness of treatment.
