Animal Testing Persuasive Speech
About an estimated seventy-five million animals are killed and hurt when it comes to science and testing from private/public organizations that sell cosmetics and/or household products. Many people believe that testing on animals is necessary and essential when it comes to making sure that the actual product itself is safe to use on or around humans. It is not okay and it is wrong and just mean. We humans do not have the right to hurt an innocent animal just for our selfish benefit. Why do we have to need to test things on animals and affect every aspect of their life just to make ours a little better? All they want is to be free. They don’t want to be stuck in a cage and wait to get experimented on. Just because they might not know what’s going on, it does not give anyone the right to do that to them. It’s depressing because these animals become scared and most of them are killed at the end of the line. There are a numerous amount of ways to find out if something is good for a human without it having to be tested on animals. Products like these are also being tested on human cells that are made in laboratories and whatever is tested on this and works can actually be given to the public due to the fact that they are actual human cells. A lot is advancing now and sacrificing animals are not going to be necessary anymore. But they should have never been used in the first place. Animals have the same feelings we do, they just can’t verbalize it like we can. They can get scared and frightened just like us and that is what happens when you test on these poor little animals that just want to be free! Many do not know that these animals that are used in these testing facilities do everything in a forced manner. They make the animals eat, drink and do whatever they want at whatever time the humans want and the animals have no say at all. And as I said before, animals and humans do correlate in some aspect but they do not match one-hundred percent which makes animals a bad experiment. And the last point that is the most important is that there was no proof that the animal experimentation was the most important factor when it came to medical advances so they could have easily used another
