Singapore flyer is no doubt on of the most memorable tourist attractions in Singapore, however, it has been facing economic difficulties in the recent years, how is that possible? And what can be done to help solve this downfall?

Before focusing on the problem statement, it is important to firstly understand the situation of Singapore flyer.

The Singapore Flyer ….

Scenario:
The Singapore Flyer, one of the world’s largest observation wheel that dominates Singapore’s City skyline went into receivership (a type of coporate bankruptcy) in May 2013.
It is not clear why the Singapore Flyer went bankrupt, but many assumptions were made.
Therefore, after looking through the scenario of Singapore flyer. The problem statement is that “Singapore Flyer has been facing bankruptcy due to the decrease in visitor population and revenue over time since the early days of 2013. What can be done to turnover this downfall?”
