The growth of the economy and industry is currently heavily influenced by a variety of needs. Beside the needs of information and technology, the needs of transportation is also a factor that should be considered. Currently there are many emerging transportation companies in Bandung. CV. Citra Tiara is among these transportation companies. C.V Citra Tiara is currently expanding its business by adding new destination points and adding its armada of vehicles. Since the vehicles that CV. Citra Tiara use are assembled and designed by the company, CV Citra Tiara uses the service of a carosserrie company. At this time selecting which carosserrie company to use is a problem for C.V Citra Tiara because costs, manufacturing lead time and the end quality vary from each carosserrie company. As in every profit oriented company, each of these factors must also meet with the limited budget that is available. To solve the problem, the ANP Method which is the improvement from the AHP Method can be implied. This method can calculate quantitative dan qualitative criterias and the interdependence between criterias. This method is selected because in decision making, besides knowledge and quantitative data, experience and intuition must be considered. This method can also test the level of consistency in decision making based on the given situation. The Software Super Decision 1.6 is used in the ANP method in this research. This Software is used to simplify calculation and matrix formulation. Thereby this research which uses the Analytic Network Process is expected to help C.V Citra Tiara in deciding which
