Conflict
We see interpersonal relationships along with conflicts in our everyday life. Some are handle in different. Your kid asking for love and affection, your giving him two minutes of your time and expect him to be happy.

In the movie Spanglish they hire a housekeeper.. The only problem is she does not speak English. Deborah Clasky is a busy mother of two. She does not seem to have the time and day to spend with her kids. Deborah interpersonal relationship with her kids consists of ignoring them. Flor introduces her daughter Christina to the family and is invited to the family summer home. Christina gets along with Deborah and enrolls her to private school and gives her the love and affection that her daughter is seeking for. In fact the entire family do not communicate the way they really should. Father is a chef. Therefore he is always gone. They think that by buying the kids with luxurious gift that will make them happy. It seems as if the mother prefers Christina as her own. Why? She is skinny. Deborah is focus on everything else other than her own kids. Her daughter is crying out for attention, the same attention she is giving and putting in her affair. She should be putting that in effort to build a friendship with her own daughter.

I believe this was an awesome movie. Flor is loving and caring. This movie was an amazing film in so many ways. Not only is it letting viewers out there know that they are not the only ones who suffer and have problems in their home. This movie teaches family values. It also teaches you how to prioritize and make time for the people that matter the most.
