The basic facts of the affordable care act or bill named HR 4872 aka are that this bill or law will make it affordable and quality healthcare for 94 percent of all Americans and the way it intends to pay for this act is through two other bills included in the Affordable Care act are the Patient Protection and Affordability Act the Healthcare and Education Reconciliation Act which will put students in front of private banks and according to the CBO or Congressional Budget Office will bend the cost curve and reduce the deficit by approximately 145 billion dollars over about ten years and possibly further deficit reduction in the decade.
