Math and English were also known as language. Math deals with figures, numbers, shapes, equations, and other logical operations. While, English deals with letters, words, reading, writing, listening and speaking skills related to grammar. The researchers need to know the correlation between Math-related subjects and the English subject of first year students of the Technological Institute of the Philippines. Despite of this, they will compare the performance of female and male students and find the percentage for each subject. First, we must understand what is behind the creative aspect in English. Most people consider that English is the, ‘creative,’ subject because of titles such as ‘creative writing’ and ‘creative thinking’ and in contrast there is no creative something in math. In English when we are, let’s say, going to write a creative short story we use our imaginations and there are no limits. Now on the other hand in math when faced with a problem such as; if you have 300 meters of fence and have to enclose a rectangular field. Math's harder to learn at the higher levels, if you don't have the appropriate foundation. In English, there's not really any prerequisite for "understanding" a work of literature - after all, if it required a great amount of scholarly knowledge, that literary piece wouldn't have reached so many people and become well known.

Many say if you are good in Mathematics then your knowledge for English is poor. If you are good in English then your knowledge for Mathematics is poor.
