ABSTRACT SOLAR TEA LEAF CUTTING MACHINE
SOLAR TEA LEAF CUTTING MACHINE

SYNOPSIS

Generally the cutting and plate are made in plastics. The plastics are harmful and it has many disadvantages to us. By naturally we get leaves, Leafs by using this we can make cups. It is very cheap and it does not have any chemical effects. The Leaf cup is made by a solar tea leaf cutting machine. The machine is operated by the solar power cutting making system. By using this we can produce cutting at high production rate. By using different shape die we can produce different shape and size cutting. The machine size is comfortable to suit any where.

INTRODUCTION The solar power Leaf cutting machine is used to different shapes of cutter in faster production rate. The principle of operation is the same as the non conventional process. The difference is only in the type of drive and the type of fixtures used.

The following points reveals why we have to make use of this type of press
Solar Leaf cutting machine reduces the manual work.
This type of machine reduces working time.
This is non conventional solar power mechanism

WORKING PRINCIPLE

In this solar Leaf cutting machine there is a cam shaft mechanism which is a cam shaft cutting mechanism d.c motor, blower, m.s shaft, solar panel, battery. A battery supplies connect through the D.C motor the m.s shaft connect to the cam shaft. The solar panel is convert to sun light into electrical output the output connect through the battery the battery will be charged, the battery direct to connect the D.C motor, the motor shaft connect to cam shaft cutter, the power used in solar. The motor will be rotating the shaft and cam mechanism running with the solar power tea leaf cutter mechanism.

ADVANTAGES

This product is an alternative for plastic cups and plates.
Easily decomposing product.
Cheaper and easily available material is used.
Simple in construction.

Despite what any individual’s concerns are regarding energy, it has been generally accepted that the finite source generating the majority of our electricity is depleting at alarming rates. We need to find alternative sources for energy production. The most obvious and abundant source available is the sun. Advances in technology have enabled us to harvest the solar radiation which has been conducting the cycle of life for millions of years. There are two main categories when it comes to solar power, passive and active. The passive solar systems integrate the sun’s energy to heat living spaces and/or water in a building. These system are very simple consisting few moving parts, require negligible maintenance and no mechanical components (Passive Solar Design). Passive…

Solar energy is one of the most widely used energy resources throughout the world solar energy is the most promising renewable energy resources. It is widely available and easy for any one to use it is practical for individual use to power a single home or for a company facility such as bright sources solar facility in the Mojave Desert California. The facility can produce up to 377 megawatt. It uses three towers with mirrors surrounded by solar panels to reflect the light on to the solar panels to harness the suns energy. The benefits of solar much more out weigh the negatives solar can save billions of trillions of dollars for nations. The reliability of solar energy is great rising and setting of the sun is consistent while cloudy days are less predictable there are more than enough sunny days to power homes. “She…

According to records, human use of solar energy has 3,000 years of history. Solar power as an energy source and make use of only 300 years of history. Real solar as "the recent much-needed additional energy," "the basis for the future energy mix," is a recent thing. Since the 70s of the 20th century, solar energy technology advances, solar energy with each passing day. The history of modern solar energy engineer from France Solomon and Germany 1615 Cox invented the world 's first solar-powered engines counting. The invention is a use of solar energy for heating the air to expand power and water pumping machines. In the years between 1615 to 1900, the world has developed into more than one solar power plant and some other solar devices. Almost all of these power plants collect the sun by concentrating mode, engine power is not, working fluid is mainly water vapor, expensive, little practical value, the majority of personal research and manufacturing of solar enthusiasts. 100 years of the 20th century, the history of solar energy technology can be generally divided into seven phases, the following description separately.…

The main topic of what I want to tell is, in fact, the renewable energy. Renewable energy is the energy which are produced from natural sources like sunlight, wind, rain and geothermal heat. Wind turbines are used to extract energy from the wind or windpower. We use windmills to use directly mechanic energy by machinery, besides wind turbines which are the topic of my article are used to convert mechanical energy to electric energy. Lets take a look at the history of wind power, windmill and the wind turbine.…

Solar power is simply the conversion of energy from the sun into usable energy. Solar energy can be harvested in two ways: indirectly by using the heat of the sun and directly by utilizing its energy to turn it into electricity. What makes solar power so popular is the fact that it can be used anywhere that has sunlight. Solar power can be collected in 3 different ways: solar heat collectors, solar thermal concentrating systems, and photovoltaics. Solar heat collectors are collectors that are designed to absorb the heat from the sun. The most common ones are flat plate collectors that have a dark absorber plate that is covered with a transparent plate (usually glass). In between the two plates are pipes that are filled with heat-transferring liquid like antifreeze. When sunlight strikes the absorber plate in the collector, the heat is absorbed into the liquid, which is then passed through pipes to the water heater. When the liquid is finished being used, it flows back up to the plate where it is heated again and repeats the process. Solar thermal concentrating systems use mirrors and lenses to concentrate the energy of the sun into a small area to produce energy. The energy heats up molten salt in pipes that run along the concentrating system which is the power…

There are three main ways to collect solar power. The first two are called passive system and active system. These use the sun 's energy to heat up an object which can be transferred to another object or an empty space. An active system 's power can even be turned into electricity. An even better way to get electricity from the sun is achieved by panels called photovoltaic cells. The sunlight is directly converted into electricity by the panels and can run almost anything, sunlight providing. These three different techniques show us that there can be many different ways to acquire power other than the conventional and hazardous methods we use today. Passive heating, thermal energy, and photovoltaics give the world many different ways to reap the benefits of solar power.…
