In order to become a nurse college is necessary, and there are two routes that can be taken. These responsibilities are in the top five, because they are the most important part of a nurse’s job. Detailed records and consulting with their team is very important for good patient care. Even though some people don’t realize this a big responsibility of a nurse is to be cheerful (“Ferguson’s Database”). If a nurse is cheerful they will help the patient emotionally, which is also a part of their health. Pacific College.org states that some of the benefits of a nurse are competitive salary, flexibility, and job security. Flexibility is a good thing, but just because one becomes a nurse that does not mean that a hospital is the only place available to work, there are doctor offices that hire nurses as well. Having job security is very important, there will always be sick people or people who need medical help. Meaning there will always be a job, and not just at the hospital.
