Basketball. A great sport made by James Naismith that a lot of people play. Like the NBA for example and the WNBA. This sport isn’t just for fun, but also for exercise, meeting new people your age maybe. In this report will show why basketball is a good sport and my favoriteOne reason basketball is a good sport because it’s good for your body. When you play basketball running up and down that court you’re losing calories. You can lose 600-900 calories just by playing Basketball. This you can get in good shape. Like gaining muscles and have endurance. Also make you have balance and self-discipline. You can get in good shape just playing basketball. Another reason basketball a good sport because you can find other people your age to play with
