Bo is a 13 years-old middle school student. Tammy is Bo’s mother and they both are requesting help with a better life for the both of them. According to Tammy, she concerned about Bo’s performance in school, and she also worries about day’s he has missed from school. Bo was held back twice, and Tammy thinks Bo will not make it to high school if Bo stays on the path he’s on now. Tammy is also worried that Bo may have a learning disability, and he has never been tested before. According to Bo, he has been smoking cigarettes since he was 10-years-old and using alcohol since he 11 years-old.
