How the culture of a country influences the culture of a business?
Geert Hofstede identifies four cultural dimensions that can have a profound impact on the business environment:
Individual level: individualism/collectivism
Organizational level: power distance
Occupational level: uncertainty avoidance
Gender level: masculinity/femininity (Hofstede, Geert, Cultures and Organizations: Software of the Mind, 3rd ed, New York, McGraw-Hill, 2010, p. 25).

People from different countries have diverse national cultures which will in turn create completely different organizational cultures.
