1. iNTRODUCTION
Ethics and social responsibility are fundamental to an organisation. They are the key of success in organisation. Unethical behaviors or action of organisation culture will cause failure and ineffective to entire organisation. To avoid this happen, an organisation must effectively manage ethical behavior and implement excellent approaches to sustain high level of organization’s ethics and social responsibility.
The purpose of this literature review is to review the importance of ethics and social responsibility in organisational context and how an organisation should actively and effectively manage them in order to success. The starting review is to understanding the ethics and social responsibility in organisational context. Ethics and social responsibility are not same in both term and meaning.
