The Competitive Advantage Of Nordstrom's
Today, a fourth generation of the Nordstrom family, along with an executive team joins the company in partnership. Nordstrom has grown into a fashion specialty chain with global reach. Nordstrom’s internal organization is offering great customer service. Next, Nordstrom is already in the outlet business, which generates exposure to a completely different customer who is all about value. Nordstrom has more than seventy Nordstrom Rack locations and plans to expand to build many more. Nordstrom also wants to emphasize Omni-channel, which means making it possible to buy items featured on Instagram (Lutz).
