Scientist
A scientist, in a broad sense, is one engaging in a systematic activity to acquire knowledge. In a more restricted sense, a scientist is an individual who uses thescientific method.[1] The person may be an expert in one or more areas of science.[2] This article focuses on the more restricted use of the word. Scientists perform research toward a more comprehensive understanding of nature, including physical, mathematical and social realms.
Philosophy can be seen as a distinct activity, which is aimed towards a more comprehensive understanding of intangible aspects of reality and experience that cannot be physically measured.
Scientists are also distinct from engineers, those who design, build and maintain devices for particular situations. When science is done with a goal toward practical utility, it is called applied science. An applied scientist may not be designing something in particular, but rather is conducting research with the aim of developing new technologies. When science is done with an inclusion of intangible aspects of reality it is called natural philosophy.

Science and technology have continually modified human existence through the engineering process. As a profession the scientist of today is widely recognized. Scientists include theoreticians who mainly develop new models to explain existing data and predict new results, and experimentalists who mainly test models by making measurements — though in practice the division between these activities is not clear-cut, and many scientists perform both tasks.
Mathematics is often grouped with the sciences. Some of the greatest physicists have also been

In this society today, science is a method of discovering how things will impact what will happen in our future. However, scientific discovery is getting the correct information through a process or steps. It also is the observation, identification, description, experimental investigation, and theoretical explanation of phenomena (free dictionary). Diatoms are single cellular eukaryotes that are super tiny in size. They are pretty much like photosynthetic micro-organisms, some live simple or branched and others are filamentous and others are in a gelatinous envelope or tube. All diatoms are enclosed by something that is called frustule, which is made up of 2 valves that are fitted together by a girdle, which is a connective zone.…

I agree with the statement above for various reasons. Since the beginning of time, people have tried to find out more about the world around them, wondering how and why things work. A scientist is someone who studies science. With an experiment, the scientist is trying to learn something new about the world, or explanation of why something happens. A scientist conducts research and performs experiments for the purpose of making new discoveries about the world and how it works. They may concentrate on a particular field of science, such as Biology, Ecology, or…

Biology is the study of the phenomena of life, and biologists observe living systems and organisms, ask questions, and propose explanations for those observations. Science assumes that biological systems are understandable and can be explained by fundamental rules or laws. Scientific investigations share some common elements and procedures, which are referred to as the scientific method. Not all scientists follow these procedures in a strict fashion, but each of the elements is usually present. Science is a creative human endeavor that involves asking questions, making observations, developing explanatory hypotheses, and testing those hypotheses. Scientists closely scrutinize investigations in their field, and each scientist must present his or her work at scientific meetings or in professional publications, providing evidence from observations and experiments that supports the scientist’s explanations of biological phenomena.…

Science is the way humans understand they history of the world, how the world works, and how to prove evolution or the big bang with physical evidence and experiments. In many cases scientist gather information to test new ideas to improve or prove old ones. Their ideas can lead from atoms, to cells, to a new species, and to trying to figure out the universe. What is know about the universe are the orbits of the…

In the process of science, scientist use two main approaches to learn about nature; Discovery Science and Hypothesis based science. With Discovery Science, scientist observe and describe objects, and with Hypothesis based Science, scientist make a hypothesis, make deductions and then test the predictions. In our everyday lives we use Hypothesis based science to solve many different problems. There is a criterion that is needed in order to have a hypothesis-based scientific study. To start you must have an observation and generalizations from discovery science.…

A scientist would initially observe and classify data. He would proceed to look for pattern in the data and formulate a hypothesis. Following this, the scientist would make a predication. The scientist would test this predictions through experiments. If the experimental results confirm the hypothesis, a scientific law has been discovered. The scientific method limits the influence of bias and prejudice in the experimenter. It provides an objective, standardized approach to conducting an experiment and, in doing…

Dr Adam Rutherford tells the extraordinary story of the scientific quest to discover the secrets of the cell and of life itself. Every living thing is made of cells, microscopic building blocks of almost unimaginable power and complexity. The first part explores how centuries of scientific and religious dogma were overturned by the earliest discoveries of the existence of cells, and how scientists came to realize that there was, literally, more to life than meets the eye.…

My name is Sania Spinster and i am a student of a govt. college actually i were a student of this college. Actually i am a really confused personality specially about my studies firstly i wasted my whole year thinking that i am gonna be a banker or a doctor. Then i choose medical line finally, i took admission in Punjab college for faculilty in science. That was the best experience of my life i don't know why but that college, that class room, those chairs, those teachers, those friends, are really close to my heart. That class of chemistry i miss that a lot. then my two years program completed and time to say good bye to my college. I got 759 marks out of 1100 quite good i said but if i worked hard then these marks could be better. Neverthless, i am happy, but a little disappointed too. Then i were getting worried about my further studies i mean about my graduation. Then another bitter experience entered in my life and that was my difficult admission in "govt post graduate college for women Sialkot". i wanted to get my further qualification in a good and famous university but unluckily my marks became a hurdle in that way. I got admission in B.S Honours chemistry which was not a good step towards my aim. And then, what could be happened i thought of getting back and leave the college as a result of which i am wasting my another year. now i am thinking to be psychology doctor and my aim is to top the punjab university from which my next college is affiliated.
