Having a diversity of health care providers would reduce access barriers for minority patients. Especially, language problems which often lead to barriers in health care services. When language barriers are present, emotions are often conveyed through facial expressions and body languages. Therefore, it is imperative as health care providers to walk into every appointment ready to express empathy, compassion, and understanding in order to deliver high-class patient centered care. Unfortunately, amidst stressful and busy schedules at hospitals or clinics, it is impossible for most vulnerable populations who differs ethnically and culturally to ever receive such care.
