1. Brief Introduction of the Topic/Study 2.1 Title of the Study:
Employee benefits: A study on MGH Group

2.2 Rationale of the Study:
Employee benefits play an important role in the lives of employees as well as their families. For that reason, the benefits you offer can be a deciding factor for a potential employee’s decision to work at your business.
There are two types of employee benefits must provide by law those the employer must provide by law and those the employer offers as an option to compensate employees. Examples of required benefits include social security and workers' compensation, while optional benefits include health care insurance coverage and retirement benefits. Both required and optional benefits have legal and tax implications for the employer.

This research can help me in my future career and to understand the benefits and how to satisfy the employees when I will be an employer.

This research will also help the students of Faculty of Business Administration for their future reference and for their future career also.

2.3 Profile of the Organization or Business Establishment
The journey of MGH commenced in 1992 with Contract Logistics Management of Gillette in Bangladesh. They were importing various Gillette SKUs, Customs Clearance, Central & Regional Warehousing, Sales, and Distribution to the outlets all across the Country.

Today, MGH has core investments into Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, Ocean Carriers, and Airlines GSA representations, Cutting-Edge IT Solutions, Inland Container
